Caroline Adams

Caroline is a qualified remedial massage therapist with a keen interest in the treatment of sports injuries. She has previously been involved in the personal training industry and started her journey at this clinic as a client who was keen to understand more about injury prevention and treatment. Caroline has also been an active participant in the organisation of local community programs such as Battlegames where she worked with the Ninja Warrior Semi Finalists in structuring children’s holiday programs.

Motivated and competitive by nature, Caroline has also secured a position on the Brumbies Soft Tissue Therapy team and has worked alongside other sporting teams including the Wallaroos, Gold Coast Titans, Penrith Panthers, the Belconnen United Sharks, Canberra Giants (ACT Netball) and members of the NSW Blues State of Origin team.

Caroline is passionate about working with cancer patients and integrating lymphatic drainage into everyday treatments to optimise health, well-being and recovery.

Outside of work, Caroline has a keen interest in music and travel.
